Petroleum and derivatives

 The following three (3) steps must be followed in order to engage seriously in a transaction

 with us :

 -step one

  Buyer issues:

 1.ICPO corporate purchase order (validity five (5) banking days)

 2.Banking details

 3.Bank comfort letter(validity less than seven (7)  banking days)

 4.Soft probe if required by the seller/refinery
